If you have not been here before, this is what to expect.
Start with a consultation
Fifteen minutes, no charge. We look at your hair in daylight, ask what you do with it on a normal morning, and work out how long your appointment actually needs to be.
Bring photos — including ones you dislike
Knowing what you do not want is usually more useful to us than knowing what you do.
Pick a stylist, not a slot
Every appointment is with a named person who will remember what was done last time. If you are not sure who to see, tell us what you want and we will point you at the right chair.
