Do I need a consultation before a colour appointment?
For a first colour appointment or any correction, yes. It is free, takes about fifteen minutes, and it is how we book the right amount of time. Send photos ahead and we can often do it by message instead.
What happens if I am running late?
Call us. We hold your chair for fifteen minutes. Past that we may need to shorten the service or rebook, because the chair after yours is a real person too.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for a cut, three to four for colour. Marcus books out furthest. We keep a cancellation list if you can come in on short notice.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
Cancel more than 24 hours out and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service, because that time is very hard to fill.
Can I bring a photo of what I want?
Please do. Bring several, including ones you dislike. Knowing what you do not want is often more useful than knowing what you do.
