A consultation is not a sales pitch. It is fifteen minutes where we look at your hair in daylight, ask what you do with it on a normal morning, and work out how long your appointment actually needs to be.
That last part matters more than it sounds. A colour appointment booked at ninety minutes that really needed three hours is how people end up rushed, or rebooked, or handed a result nobody is happy with. Getting the time right up front is most of the job.
Bring photos, including ones you dislike. Knowing what you do not want is usually more useful to us than knowing what you do.
